Is there a free trial?
Cloud Starter — 14 days free, no card. Enterprise — 30-day POC on your data on request.
SaaS vs Self-Hosted?
SaaS is subscription-only — we host it, cloud LLMs included. Self-Hosted is a one-time license + a support/updates subscription, on your own infrastructure, with local or cloud LLMs of your choice.
What's in the Self-Hosted subscription?
Software updates, priority support and bug fixes. Without it you keep using your current version but stop receiving updates.
Is the Air-Gap license perpetual?
Yes. You use the purchased version indefinitely; the subscription only covers offline updates and support.
Can I migrate Cloud → Self-Hosted?
Yes. Data exports in standard formats and your paid SaaS month is credited toward the license.
Annual / volume discounts?
Annual billing −20%, 3-year −30%. Above 500 users — custom.
Is the LLM included?
Cloud — yes (fair use). Self-Hosted — your own models (Ollama/vLLM) and costs. Air-Gap — preinstalled models included in the license.
